New hires get answers without pulling their manager
The first few months are when new people struggle most. They don't know where things live, who approves what, or how the work actually gets done, so they ask a manager or a teammate. Again and again.
I set up a private company knowledge bot on your own hardware. New hires press a hotkey on their Mac, type the question, and get an answer from your handbook, SOPs and FAQs. Managers get their time back.

Why on your own server, not a big AI vendor
Your handbook, SOPs, pricing, and customer data are your company's IP. With this setup they stay on your server or in your VPC. Nothing is sent to OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, or anyone else, and nothing is used to train someone else's model.
Who this is for
Mid-market companies, about 50 to 1,000 people:
- IT, who want AI without sending company data to an outside cloud
- HR and People Ops, who own onboarding and want ramp time down
- Team leads, who are tired of answering the same questions every week
What you get
- A knowledge bot loaded with your docs (handbook, SOPs, FAQs, policies)
- A Mac hotkey ask box for your team (Q&A in this version, not task automation)
- Runs on your office server or NAS, or in your own VPC. Your data stays with you.
- Open models, no per-seat AI license
- A simple log of what new hires ask, so HR can see where onboarding has gaps
How it works
- 30 minute call to pick the docs and where it runs
- I install and load your docs, usually within a week
- Two week pilot with your next new hires
- Monthly: I keep it updated, add new docs, fix what breaks
Pricing (estimates, set per company)
- Setup: about $1,500 to $5,000 depending on size and hosting
- Monthly support: about $200 to $1,000
Pick one team and your next few hires. I install it, you watch what happens to the "quick question" messages.
